Requirements

  • •Former fast jet pilot or weapon systems officer
  • •Operational experience in fast, sophisticated, modern combat-jets with instructor or weapon-instructor qualification
  • •Ability to work independently within set guidelines
  • •Experience in national or international pilot training programs
  • •Familiarity with training systems, simulators, and aircraft systems
  • •Experience working with international military customers and industry partners
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Support operational factors for the Pilot Synthetic Training System (PSTS) project
  • •Conduct operational acceptance tests and integration for PSTS
  • •Perform operational tests in the Eurofighter cockpit and Instructor Operator Station
  • •Assist with PSTS operational tests for Air/Air and Air/Surface scenarios
  • •Support national and international PSTS rollout activities
  • •Explore new technologies to enhance training and develop concepts with the customer
  • •Attend relevant technical and operational meetings
  • •Build knowledge and skills on new Eurofighter systems and functionalities
  • •Provide operational support for Germany's national PSTS upgrade projects
  • •Facilitate the introduction of networked combat training and synthetic environments
  • •Develop Virtual Reality training solutions
