- Identify and follow up on sourcing requirements
- Ensure smooth transition to O&M
- Manage issues and escalate when necessary

- Challenge budget hypotheses for compliance
- Propose budget zero if needed
- Schedule expenses to confirm cash flow
- Monitor project expenditures and update estimates
- Implement budget mitigation measures
- Challenge engineering manhours
- Support timely invoicing and cash collection
- Identify key stakeholders and understand their needs
- Organize regular client meetings
- Establish communication channels
- Provide project information to the team
- Organize interface meetings with partners and subcontractors
- Communicate project progress to the client
- Resolve conflicts to focus on project targets
