Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in ERP delivery
- Master degree in IT Management
- Proven experience in ERP transformation programs, particularly with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong understanding of SAP landscape components, including core S/4HANA modules and data migration concepts
- Experience in regulated Life Science environments, familiar with GxP, validation, and audits
- Previous roles such as IT Deployment Lead, IT Program Manager, or Solution Lead
- Knowledgeable about SAP Activate and agile/hybrid delivery models
- Strong transversal leadership skills, connecting IT and business leadership
- Coaching mindset, capable of onboarding IT resources
Tasks
- Co-lead ERP deployment projects with the Business Deployment Lead
- Ensure flawless execution of ERP activities
- Comply with Life Science regulatory standards
- Act as the single point of accountability for regional ERP delivery
- Foster collaboration between global teams, system integrators, and local stakeholders
- Mobilize and onboard local ERP resources
- Establish a robust delivery structure aligned with global governance
- Ensure readiness for data migration
- Validate adherence to SAP standards
- Coordinate technical designs for integrations and extensions
- Lead ERP testing activities
- Manage cutover planning and execution
- Provide hypercare support post-deployment
- Stabilize system performance post-deployment
- Achieve on-time and quality delivery of ERP activities
