- Detailed technical knowledge (hands-on) in frontend equipment application
Tasks
- Coordinate end-to-end fab ramp execution
- Serve as central coordination point between customer and Applied Materials
- Align headcount readiness with move-in schedule
- Execute change management for tool orders and configurations
- Support logistics, assembly, documentation, and media availability
- Facilitate regular ramp reviews and readiness meetings
- Conduct comprehensive ramp readiness reviews
- Ensure pre-ramp activities comply with checklists
- Collaborate with departments for pre-ramp preparations
- Verify safety protocols, installation procedures, and logistic plans
- Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor ramp-up status using checklists
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Develop and implement recovery plans
- Maintain control over execution phase
- Address real-time issues during ramp-up
- Track parallel installation activities against timeline
- Review KPIs for safety, quality, cycle time, and cost
- Analyze performance data for trends and improvements
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Compare performance metrics against industry standards
- Maintain communication with stakeholders
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Establish feedback loop with installation team
- Act as primary customer contact during ramp-up
- Review manpower requirements regularly
- Optimize resource planning and utilization
