Description

As an Equipment Engineering Manager, you will lead a skilled team in a cleanroom environment, focusing on optimizing equipment performance and reliability while driving strategic initiatives for new equipment sourcing and implementation.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• •Proven experience in equipment engineering and maintenance within a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment
• •Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing technical teams
• •Solid understanding of equipment sourcing, installation, and lifecycle management
• •Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage complex projects and budgets
• •Experience with equipment databases and process documentation
• •Familiarity with cleanroom operations and standards
• •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Tasks

• •Lead a team of 5–6 equipment and maintenance engineers
• •Manage talent development and performance management
• •Support headcount growth from 3 to 6 engineers
• •Integrate additional cleanroom operators
• •Oversee maintenance and lifecycle management of manufacturing equipment
• •Manage equipment assets valued over €30 million
• •Drive sourcing and evaluation of new equipment
• •Implement new equipment to meet ramp-up requirements
• •Create and maintain comprehensive equipment databases
• •Ensure adherence to cleanroom standards and best practices
• •Collaborate cross-functionally to align equipment strategies
• •Implement continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability
