- Conduct regular facility and equipment audits
- Identify opportunities for EHS process improvements
- Monitor and improve HSE performance metrics
- Train employees on safety policies and best practices
- Foster a proactive culture of workplace safety
- Oversee EHS activities across three distinct sites
- Manage safety at the propulsion systems test site
- Support the safe handling of hazardous materials
- Coordinate robust emergency response and fire plans
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes
- Implement corrective actions to prevent incident recurrence
- Manage safety alerts and communicate key findings
- Oversee proper hazardous waste disposal
- Support the Quality Management System development
- Ensure compliance with REACH and ROHS regulations
- Provide expert health and safety advice for products
- Contribute to project-level risk and hazard analysis
Education
- Bachelor's degree
