Enterprise Architect(m/w/x)
As an Enterprise Architect, you will design and develop system architectures while advising senior leadership on technology and data management. This role involves analyzing operations, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring compliance with security policies to enhance mission capabilities.
Requirements
- Expertise in IT, cybersecurity, ISR operations, logistics, and coalition integration
- 9 years relevant experience with Bachelor's; 7 years with Master's; 4 years with PhD or JD; or High School Diploma and 13 years relevant experience
- Operational IT and Technology experience
- Experience in strategy to task development/execution, enterprise architecture, and project management
- Cybersecurity Baseline Certificate
- TS/SCI clearance
- Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years experience in technical discipline, 5 years in DoD; or BA/BS and 15 years experience, 5 years in DoD; or 20 years experience with certifications, 8 years in DoD
- Enterprise Architect Certificate, FEAC Certification, and/or PMP certification
- DoD CIO Certification (or similar)
- Experience with data and architecture design, development, and building, ISR systems and AI/ML analytics
- Ability to architect solutions for complex mission needs
- Information Assurance Technical Level II Certification
Tasks
- Design and develop system architectures
- Define key capabilities and performance requirements
- Establish total systems design and technology maturity constraints
- Develop system element architecture and interface definitions
- Define system implementation approach and operational concept
- Create models and architectural guidelines for system development
- Serve as a senior data and IT/Cyber technical advisor to the USAFE CDO
- Provide technical guidance and oversight for data governance
- Develop and maintain command-level enterprise technology strategies
- Analyze operations to identify technology enhancement opportunities
- Conduct capability gap analyses and ensure U-A alignment with regulations
- Identify and prioritize critical business functions with stakeholders
- Develop innovative solutions for complex mission needs
- Implement tech/data vision to drive savings and ROI
- Document impacts of new systems on security posture
- Establish and manage KPIs for IT, cybersecurity, and ISR systems
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and dashboards for leadership
- Support senior leadership at meetings and conferences as a consultant
- Architect solutions for complex mission needs while ensuring compliance
- Research and develop architecture concepts to enhance U-A operations
