Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for an AI procurement platform in Europe's industrial Mittelstand. 3+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales required. 30 days paid time off.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales
- Experience in value-based selling based on a clear business case
- Experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple senior stakeholders
- Strong sales fundamentals and application of common methodologies
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ownership of territory, pipeline, and outcomes
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping processes
- Strong executive presence and credibility in German, both verbally and in writing
- Experience selling into industrial, procurement, or supply-chain-heavy organizations
Tasks
- Acquire new enterprise customers
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Build and execute a targeted pipeline for enterprise accounts
- Develop account strategies for long decision cycles
- Guide customers through structured evaluation processes
- Develop robust business cases quantifying ROI and savings
- Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations
- Navigate procurement and legal processes
- Drive deals to close despite ambiguity
- Refine sales messaging and positioning for enterprise customers
- Structure deals and engage stakeholders effectively
- Collect feedback from enterprise prospects and customers
- Provide insights to Product and Leadership teams
- Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, and Marketing
- Contribute to building enterprise sales processes and best practices
- Leverage AI for account research and deal structuring
