Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales
  • Experience in value-based selling based on a clear business case
  • Experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong sales fundamentals and application of common methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ownership of territory, pipeline, and outcomes
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping processes
  • Strong executive presence and credibility in German, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience selling into industrial, procurement, or supply-chain-heavy organizations

  • Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations
  • Navigate procurement and legal processes
  • Drive deals to close despite ambiguity
  • Refine sales messaging and positioning for enterprise customers
  • Structure deals and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Collect feedback from enterprise prospects and customers
  • Provide insights to Product and Leadership teams
  • Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, and Marketing
  • Contribute to building enterprise sales processes and best practices
  • Leverage AI for account research and deal structuring
