- Ability to recognize sales opportunities
- Great negotiation and presentation skills
- Native German and great English
- Technical affinity and AI interest
- Optional: CCaaS, AI, or CX experience

Tasks
- Secure new enterprise logos in Germany
- Generate a robust sales pipeline
- Manage complex tenders and negotiations
- Engage with VP and C-level executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
- Analyze and improve existing sales processes
- Consult on Agentic AI and ROI
- Lead digital and on-site customer workshops
- Deliver compelling product presentations
- Execute comprehensive account-based sales strategies
