Tasks
- Act as the technical bridge between R&D, EPC partners, and investors
- Provide technical support for due diligence activities
- Manage technical requirements for demo and commercial plants
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering and vendor teams
- Meet project schedule, cost, safety, and performance targets
- Translate pilot learnings into scalable commercial plant designs
- Establish modular execution standards for plant designs
- Increase documentation quality and establish technical reviews
- Set up project schedules and milestones
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
