Tasks

• •Lead recruiting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation processes
• •Design structured onboarding and manage offboarding procedures
• •Support HR with contractual and legal processes
• •Manage relationships with external partners and freelancers

• •Implement development plans through mentoring and training
