As an Engineering Manager in the Risk domain, you will shape the technology strategy while mentoring the team. Your role involves architecting innovative solutions for risk management and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance financial inclusion.

• •Understanding of Risk as a service to customers
• •Experience with event-driven architectures

Tasks

• •Develop the technology strategy with the Product Manager
• •Define boundaries in transaction monitoring and financial risk exposure
• •Inspire and mentor engineers to foster their growth
• •Lead the technical strategy for centralized Fraud Risk Scoring
• •Architect solutions to transform risk into a product
• •Design the Disputes API for automated handling
• •Make informed decisions while identifying technical risks
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunity areas
• •Influence decisions using persuasive, data-backed communication
• •Facilitate technical discussions and guide resolutions
• •Establish metrics and processes for operational excellence
• •Lead the team in a startup-like environment to learn and grow together
