- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Define the internal Developer Platform for Wire
- Manage team demand and capacity needs
- Collaborate with technical disciplines to shape the cloud platform
- Contribute to Wire's platform vision and technical strategy
- Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of services
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies
- Enhance system architecture for growing scale and complexity
- Collaborate to enable scalable and reliable systems
- Drive initiatives to optimize cloud spending
- Streamline development workflows, tools, and processes
- Enable teams to manage their CI/CD platforms
- Provide technical guidance to developers
- Advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
