Tasks
- Lead and grow the engineering team
- Hire, coach, and develop cloud/SRE engineers
- Conduct meaningful 1:1s with engineers
- Set development goals for engineers
- Actively manage engineer performance
- Build a high-performance team culture
- Foster psychological safety within the team
- Promote ownership within the team
- Encourage continuous improvement
- Champion AI adoption within the team
