- Resolve escalated support issues for external customers
- Collaborate with customers to understand and solve their needs
- Develop innovative features to attract and engage customers
- Partner with Product Manager and Domain Head to create roadmap
- Identify and manage technical debt
- Balance innovation with stability
- Oversee team backlog and projects
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Champion urgency and ownership
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable delivery
- Empower team to address foundational and production issues
- Set clear goals and provide feedback
- Drive individual and team performance
- Lead planning sessions and retrospectives
- Foster a psychologically safe environment
- Encourage curiosity and healthy debate
- Ensure effective internal and cross-organizational communication
