- Collaborate with Product Manager to define objectives and OKRs
- Enable team ownership of software delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate team discussions and resolve conflicts
- Coordinate with Product, UX, and other engineering teams
- Champion AI-assisted development and coding workflows
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and learning culture
- Guide team with strong technical depth
- Support continuous improvement and unblocking delivery
