- Embed best practices for encryption, secure networking, and access control
- Hire, develop, and support engineers
- Create an environment of high autonomy and ownership
- Align teams with company goals
- Enable effective team delivery
- Expand scope to include Nova Developer Experience team
- Improve tooling and workflows for intuitive robot programming
