- •Manage retrieval systems and evaluation pipelines
- •Ensure operational excellence and system reliability
- •Oversee the internal frontend framework stack
- •Collaborate with other search teams
- •Remove roadblocks and facilitate team decisions
- •Conduct regular 1:1s and growth conversations
- •Coach and mentor team members
- •Review performance and manage equitable compensation
- •Promote continuous learning in AI engineering
- •Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture
