Tasks

- Run regular one-on-one meetings
- Provide actionable feedback and address conflicts
- Foster effective team collaboration
- Identify and resolve team friction early
- Facilitate cross-team discussions
- Ensure involvement in impactful decisions
- Support Tech Leads in technical leadership
- Document and communicate decisions
- Ensure smooth engineering processes
- Plan cycles and align cross-team dependencies
- Conduct meaningful retrospectives
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives
- Enhance onboarding programs
- Promote engineering-wide practices
- Collaborate with Product
- Analyze team health and delivery signals
- Prevent and address potential problems
- Ensure clear escalation paths
- Implement reliable incident workflows
- Maintain strong documentation practices
