- Make high-impact technical decisions balancing short-term and long-term goals
- Set high standards for automation, quality, reliability, and security
- Champion a 'Platform as a Product' mindset
- Measure and iterate based on internal developer feedback
- Partner with product, Infrastructure Platform, and Applicative Platform teams
- Solve cross-cutting challenges
- Drive improvements in developer productivity metrics
- Support monitoring of build times, deployment frequency, test reliability, and time-to-production
- Influence engineering culture and best practices
- Contribute to technical strategy beyond your team
- Navigate ambiguity and lead through influence
