- Support Engine Program Managers in building and maintaining integrated program plan
- Track milestones, reviews, and key deliverables
- Consolidate schedules, dependencies, and interfaces across activities
- Identify deviations from plan and support mitigation actions
- Support cost tracking for engine program
- Follow up on budget
- Update cost-to-complete and EAC
- Ensure consistency between technical progress, spending, and forecasts
- Maintain program risk register
- Prepare and support risk reviews
- Track mitigation actions and escalations
- Ensure risks and issues are visible and followed up
- Prepare program status reports
- Consolidate management dashboards
- Gather inputs for internal and external reviews
- Support organization and preparation of program reviews and decision gates
- Apply TEC project management standards, tools, and templates
- Ensure consistency and traceability of engine program data
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices
Education
- Master's degree
