- •Strong expertise in developing onboarding and training programs
- •Hands-on experience in content creation
- •Experience in managing content repositories
- •Proficiency in enablement platforms such as Docebo, Articulate, Gong, and Google Workspace
- •Proficiency in data capture and analysis
- •Strong project management skills
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Proficiency in English and German
- •Self-motivated and autonomous
- •Data-driven mindset using analytics and KPIs

- •Facilitate ongoing training and development programs
- •Implement processes for capturing and analyzing enablement data
- •Utilize data-driven insights to optimize enablement programs
- •Leverage Salesforce to improve training effectiveness
- •Identify and implement best practices to enhance team productivity
- •Align enablement efforts with business objectives across teams
- •Ensure consistent messaging and sharing of best practices
