- •Collaborate with legal advisors and data privacy officers
- •Train staff on conflict resolution and workplace ethics
- •Analyze employee relations trends and prepare management reports
- •Maintain confidential records of cases and actions
- •Support HR compliance reviews and audits
- •Communicate effectively with employees and management
- •Build trust and credibility with staff and leadership
- •Mediate and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly
- •Promote a culture of respect and inclusion
