Requirements
- •Technical training or degree in automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or computer science
- •In-depth knowledge of industrial image processing or machine vision
- •Experience with vision systems (Keyence, ABB, Vision Tools, or similar)
- •Programming skills in Siemens S7/TIA Portal
- •Basic knowledge of ABB robotics or ABB controllers
- •Understanding of automation processes, sensor technology, and industrial communication
- •Analytical and structured approach to work
- •Technical understanding and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •German language skills (business fluent)
- •English language skills are an advantage

- •Ensure reliable operation of optical measurement systems
- •Continuously optimize and develop measurement and detection systems
- •Design and commission optical measurement systems in automated production
- •Implement 2D/3D image processing tasks for quality control
- •Integrate and parameterize industrial vision systems
- •Connect vision systems to PLC and robot controllers
- •Support concept development for new automation solutions
- •Analyze and troubleshoot system malfunctions
- •Optimize existing systems for improved performance
- •Document systems and train operating and maintenance personnel
- •Collaborate with design, electrical engineering, software, and suppliers
