- Knowledge of common lean methods (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, CIP, value stream analysis)
- Confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage

- Good English skills
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, and structured approach to work

- Analyze and evaluate logistics, administration, and manufacturing processes
- Identify potential improvements in lean environments
- Manage projects focused on lean improvements
- Develop and implement lean strategies and improvement measures
- Plan, implement, and follow up on workshops and projects
- Teach lean implementation content during employee training and coaching
- Support continuous optimization of production processes
- Apply and further develop existing controlling and management tools
- Report findings to management
- Assist in audit preparations and document relevant processes
- Design and optimize workplace layouts
