Employee Lean Management(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will analyze logistics and manufacturing processes while identifying improvements. You will lead projects, develop lean strategies, and support employee training, all aimed at enhancing production efficiency.

Requirements

• •Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or comparable qualification
• •Initial professional experience in lean management or process optimization, ideally in an industrial company
• •Knowledge of common lean methods (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, CIP, value stream analysis)
• •Confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage
• •Very good analytical skills, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
• •Good English skills
• •Ability to work in a team, initiative, and structured approach to work

Tasks

• •Analyze and evaluate logistics, administration, and manufacturing processes
• •Identify potential improvements in lean environments
• •Manage projects focused on lean improvements
• •Develop and implement lean strategies and improvement measures
• •Plan, implement, and follow up on workshops and projects
• •Teach lean implementation content during employee training and coaching
• •Support continuous optimization of production processes
• •Apply and further develop existing controlling and management tools
• •Report findings to management
• •Assist in audit preparations and document relevant processes
• •Design and optimize workplace layouts
