Tasks
- Lead the regional services organization
- Drive strategy and commercial execution
- Achieve revenue and growth targets
- Meet customer satisfaction KPIs
- Develop regional growth strategies
- Manage monthly revenue forecasting
- Perform ad hoc problem-solving analysis
- Report performance results to leadership
- Oversee the service administration team
- Manage customer escalations and resolutions
- Maintain key account and dealer relationships
- Develop pricing and customer presentations
- Coordinate legal approvals for offers
- Meet annually with top ten customers
- Expand recurring service revenue
- Apply VES and commercial fundamentals
- Define cross-functional escalation processes
- Coordinate field service visit planning
- Ensure timely invoice releases
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Support point of sale contract growth
- Promote value of service care plans
- Develop an agile internal talent funnel
