Tasks

  • Implement Global Payroll System
  • Manage daily payroll compliance
  • Process payroll accurately and timely
  • Handle remittances and filings with tax authorities
  • Ensure timely payments to employees
  • Gather and register pension and health insurance information
  • Provide documents for employee signatures
  • Conduct payroll inductions for new starters and transfers
  • Maintain payroll files and records
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and payroll suppliers
  • Partner with HR and external payroll service providers
  • Ensure accurate payroll data inputs and validation
  • Post month-end journals and flux reports
  • Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliation
  • Handle payroll accounting
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to employee inquiries
  • Educate and support employees as needed
