- Advise senior corporate leaders
- Advise regional sales and marketing leadership

- Ensure clarity on business objectives
- Orchestrate all aspects of live event delivery
- Source event venues
- Manage AV and operations
- Coordinate event logistics and F&B
- Manage space and custom booth builds
- Oversee vendor management and freight
- Manage event staffing
- Lead on-site event teams
- Ensure seamless event execution
- Produce and oversee steerco briefings
- Produce and oversee run-of-show documents
- Manage internal event communications
