- •Optimize margins and costs through value pricing
- •Make strategic make-or-buy and vendor management decisions
- •Coordinate product promotions, harmonization, and rationalization
- •Propose portfolio changes based on product knowledge
- •Provide technical support and training to Sales
- •Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- •Capture and translate the Voice of the Customer
- •Build an innovation pipeline with Engineering teams
- •Track category performance and implement corrective actions
