Requirements

  • •Five plus years electronics design experience
  • •Strong Altium schematics and multilayer layout
  • •Solid DFM and DFT knowledge
  • •Mixed-signal fundamentals expertise
  • •Board bring-up and lab debug skills
  • •STM32 bare-metal C programming
  • •Experience with HAL, LL, DMA, IRQ
  • •Drivers for SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet
  • •Bootloader and OTA experience
  • •Awareness of EMC, EMI, and safety
  • •Basic Python for lab automation
  • •Git-centric workflow proficiency
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • •Ability to work on-site in Munich or Potsdam

  • •Design analog and digital schematics
  • •Develop multilayer PCBs in Altium Designer
  • •Select components and manage impedance control
  • •Plan DFM, DFT, and test-point strategies
  • •Manage prototype builds and vendor manufacturing
  • •Execute board bring-up and lab debugging
  • •Perform precision and high-frequency measurements
  • •Develop STM32 firmware in C
  • •Implement peripheral drivers and control loops
  • •Build robust bootloaders and OTA updates
  • •Integrate firmware with FPGA and software
  • •Automate test setups using Python or pytest
  • •Establish repeatable build and test pipelines
  • •Produce manufacturing packages and ECOs
