Tasks
- Administer and coordinate the Executive MBA program.
- Ensure quality of all program logistics.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality participant experience.
- Prepare and deliver on-campus modules.
- Prepare and deliver distance learning sessions.
- Prepare and deliver global immersion weeks.
- Arrange accommodation and transportation for programs.
- Coordinate F&B and company visits.
- Organize social activities and conference facilities.
- Coordinate program speakers.
- Coordinate daily program and teaching materials.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff on materials.
- Anticipate and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Create, manage, and update the program's learning platform.
- Oversee participant assignment submissions.
- Liaise with the Academic Affairs team.
- Maintain an up-to-date program library.
- Ensure timely distribution of program materials.
- Ensure program materials are GDPR compliant.
- Create purchase orders.
- Process invoices.
- Select suppliers within budget.
- Establish contracts with suppliers, experts, and coaches.
- Communicate with suppliers, experts, and coaches.
- Communicate with program participants.
- Provide timely support to participants.
- Liaise with managers on participant aims.
- Liaise on participant code of conduct adherence.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with managers to monitor program alignment.
- Collaborate with directors on learning objectives.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on program scheduling, logistics, and bottlenecks.
- Support continuous program improvement.
