Inspecting and monitoring medium, high, and extra-high voltage cable systems for energy transition. Several years of experience in medium and high-voltage cable systems required. Flexible working hours, unlimited flex days.

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship, master, or technician in electrical or energy technology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in medium and high-voltage cable systems
  • Driver's license class B and high willingness to travel
  • Very good German (C1) and good English skills (min. B1)
  • Several years of assembly work on cables and cable systems
  • Experience in cable diagnostics
  • Willingness to apply even if not matching all competence profile points

Tasks

  • Conduct weekly, multi-day business trips within 50Hertz network
  • Accompany and inspect medium, high, and extra-high voltage cable systems
  • Ensure quality of production processes and cable testing
  • Participate in selecting cable installation and pulling technologies
  • Monitor cable work on 50Hertz construction sites
  • Evaluate results from maintenance and condition assessments
  • Assist in analyzing and assessing fault points during disruptions
  • Conduct and support training in the work environment

Work Experience

  • Vocational certification
