- Proven experience of at least 3 years
- Working knowledge of systems engineering
- Experience with electrical load analysis
- Experience in an EASA Part 21J Design Organization preferred

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Skilled in navigating design uncertainties

Tasks
- Lead technical tasks for Microliner development.
- Define and develop high voltage distribution systems.
- Create interfaces between high voltage systems and aircraft.
- Conduct safety analysis and system engineering tasks.
- Plan and perform validation and verification activities.
- Integrate high voltage system digital mock-up with 3D model.
- Develop MATLAB simulations for high voltage systems.
- Manage suppliers for HV component development and integration.
- Implement HV components per safety and certification requirements.
- Plan HV equipment qualification campaigns with stakeholders.
- Support hardware and software testing for HV systems.
- Ensure compliance with engineering processes and standards.
