Description

As an eCommerce Operations Specialist, you will manage daily operations across various fulfillment channels, ensuring seamless integration between physical stores and the eCommerce platform while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• •5+ years of experience in ecommerce, omni-channel operations, or retail logistics
• •Strong understanding of fulfilment, logistics, inventory, and order management systems
• •Proven track record of driving KPI improvements and operational efficiency
• •Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organisations
• •Skilled in analysing data, validating results, and translating insights into action
• •Excellent project and time management capabilities
• •Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• •Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change through collaboration and data
• •Service-minded, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
• •Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

Tasks

• •Manage daily ecommerce operations across warehouse and retail fulfilment channels
• •Oversee omni-channel flows including click-and-collect, in-store returns, and home delivery
• •Drive performance across service, cost, and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
• •Monitor and optimise KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and fulfilment efficiency
• •Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for growth and cost control
• •Collaborate with Logistics, Retail, and Transport teams on network strategy and capacity planning
• •Design and maintain the omni-channel operating model for integration between stores and ecommerce
• •Partner with IT and Global Project Teams to implement and maintain backend systems and tools
• •Lead cross-functional collaboration to align fulfilment operations with customer experience goals
• •Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• •Train and support internal teams on best practices and new systems
• •Lead continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and operational excellence
