- •Recommend actions for continuous performance improvement
- •Enhance the end-to-end customer journey
- •Gather insights to drive platform improvements
- •Maintain and optimize the digital product catalogue
- •Execute the GSS Online Sales roadmap
- •Train internal teams and external users
- •Ensure GDPR and digital governance compliance
- •Manage budgets and report on initiative ROI
