Tasks
- Coordinate and drive multi-functional engineering execution for new product introduction
- Coordinate schedules for new product introduction
- Assess risk for new product introduction
- Align multi-site engineering teams
- Ensure product readiness meets quality, reliability, and yield goals
- Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned Graphics DRAM products
- Define engineering schedule and deliverables for new DRAM products
- Build and maintain engineering project timelines for DRAM NPI activities
- Partner with Design Engineering to identify risks
- Define mitigation and redesign strategies with Design Engineering
- Coordinate multi-functional meetings across Build, Fab, Technology Development, and Process Integration teams
- Lead completion of pre- and post-silicon checklists
- Forecast engineering sample demand
- Ensure product availability for validation, qualification, and customer needs
- Support yield learning with multi-functional teams
- Achieve target yield performance with multi-functional teams
- Secure manufacturing resources such as probe cards, substrates, test hardware, and handling kits
- Support engineering debug efforts
- Support root-cause investigations for product issues
- Work with Global Quality teams on customer return analysis
- Address test enhancement needs with Global Quality teams
- Support reliability qualification
- Partner with Program Managers to align engineering roadmaps for next-generation DRAM products
