District Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Degree in Business or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years relevant experience in similar position
- Previous experience as Store manager (strong asset)
- Retail background mandatory
- Passion for Retail and Fashion industry
- Experience managing remote store staff teams
- Pragmatic problem-solving attitude
- Dynamic leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record impacting customer service
- Love for selling
- Expertise in store mathematics, P&L, and KPIs
- Extensive knowledge of denim (strong asset)
- Fluent English for international meetings
- Driving license may be mandatory
Tasks
- Drive revenue and EBIT by achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Build and lead a high-performing team of store managers
- Deliver excellent and consistent brand standards of customer service
- Align operational practices with best practices
- Recruit, assess, and lead store management
- Provide direct and concrete feedback to store teams
- Develop and manage store managers passionate about the brand
- Coach store managers and staff to develop their skills
- Analyze, drive, and monitor store targets and KPIs
- Ensure store managers and staff know and control KPIs
- Support store managers in managing payroll costs
- Optimize staff scheduling to improve productivity
- Identify business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Implement action plans to capitalize on business opportunities
- Ensure a great shopping experience for all customers
- Reinforce brand image and increase conversion rate
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- React to business needs within defined frameworks
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Share brand passion and knowledge with store staff
- Train store staff on the brand, company, and products
- Supervise the implementation of operational processes
- Ensure consistent stock coverage in stores
- Provide feedback to trading and merchandising teams
- Engage and inspire clients with personalized service
- Develop high-potential talents with specific projects
- Assign high-potential talents to additional trainings
- Increase visibility of high-potential talents in the affiliate and HQ
- Adopt a 360-degree approach to build store synergy
- Support expansion and portfolio management
- Optimize, grow, close, and open retail doors
- Build strong relationships with key business partners
