Distribution and Partnerships Lead, Wealth Management(m/w/x)
Driving AuM and revenue growth for European wealth management clients. Experience leading sales with Private Banks and understanding of institutional investments required. 35-hour week, up to 12% pension contribution.
Requirements
- Experience leading relationships and ideally sales with Private Banks/WMs
- Thorough understanding of institutional investment landscape and solutions
- Thorough understanding of public and private markets
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across jurisdictions and influence
- Highly disciplined, proactive, results-driven focus
- Degree educated, industry qualifications (IMC, CFA) advantageous
Tasks
- Drive AuM and revenue growth across Europe
- Identify opportunities and targets in Private Banks, Wealth Managers, Multi Family Offices, and Financial Intermediaries
- Develop and grow relationships in public and private markets
- Expand existing distribution relationships through strategic partnerships
- Ensure competitive and compelling Wealth Management offerings
- Build and manage relationships with Wealth Managers and Financial Intermediaries
- Support pipeline management across Europe
- Lead commercial sales by collaborating with internal resources and stakeholders
- Expand relationships with existing clients and strategic partners
- Raise awareness of Mercer’s investment capabilities through external events
- Represent the investments business in discussions with Marsh Risk and Oliver Wyman
- Handle ad-hoc projects and business development activities
