Executing sales strategy for global capital markets investment management. 10+ years industry experience required. Remote work flexibility 1 day/week.
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant industry experience (sales, product specialist, private banking)
- Prior experience with German Wholesale/Financial Intermediary prospects/clients (additive)
- Demonstrable track record of successful client relationship development
- Good understanding of competitors, products, market trends, infrastructure, and developments
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets
- Ability to influence through consultative client approach
- Action orientation, accountability, commitment, drive, self-motivation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High level of integrity and trust
- Client-centric focus
- Strong academic background with undergraduate degree
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. IMC, CFA) or progress towards one (preferred)
- Traveling within the region to support distribution efforts
- Contributing to client events, roadshows, and education
Tasks
- Work with Head of Wholesale to execute sales strategy
- Provide dedicated client coverage for growth
- Build relationships with strategic distribution partners
- Identify and nurture key contacts
- Develop existing client relationships
- Highlight key funds and strategies
- Build buy list positions
- Identify new partnership opportunities
- Develop industry relationships with influencers
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR
- Align local marketing and sales strategies
- Contribute to brand awareness growth
- Participate in team sales meetings
- Contribute to strategy planning and development
- Travel within the region to support distribution
- Contribute to client events and roadshows
- Educate clients on products and strategies
