  • •Deep hands on expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and ideally SEA
  • •Practical experience running multi channel setups

  • •Proven experience developing full funnel audience strategies
  • •Track record managing external agencies and senior stakeholders
  • •Clear and structured communication skills

  • •Ability to run complex workstreams end to end
  • •Fluency in English and German

  • •Develop advanced audience and funnel strategies
  • •Translate insights into recommendations for stakeholders
  • •Align Marketing, Creative, Product, and Data teams
  • •Lead creative briefing and messaging frameworks
  • •Manage end-to-end projects and process improvements
  • •Act as a technical expert and sparring partner
