Requirements
- University degree with excellent grades in business, marketing, computer science, or related field (Master's or MBA advantageous)
- 5-7 years relevant professional experience in e-commerce, (digital) marketplaces (focus on Amazon), and digital marketing (additional qualifications advantageous)
- Experience selling products on Amazon and building business models on Amazon
- Strong analytical skills, high technology affinity, and creative mind
- Excellent knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Amazon Ads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented, communicative team player with passion for work
- Fluent English and German
Tasks
- Develop, coordinate, and manage marketplace strategy and presence for international clients
- Monitor e-commerce performance on marketplaces and track KPIs
- Report on marketplace performance and KPIs
- Design and implement paid strategies on Amazon Ads and other platforms
- Focus on high marketing efficiency and visibility in paid strategies
- Support management of client Seller/Vendor Central accounts
- Ensure good account stability for client accounts
- Prepare and lead workshops, meetings, and research
- Engage stakeholders for client and internal projects
- Develop the Marketplace Offering through business development
- Implement innovative sales strategies for the Marketplace Offering
