Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Support multibillion-dollar B2B SaaS or enterprise software business
  • Ownership of sales compensation plan architecture and governance
  • Rigorous, trusted forecasting and pipeline management process
  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-segment commercial structure
  • Experience in a matrixed organization
  • Strong commercial analytics capability
  • Ability to translate data into actionable decisions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of recruitment process

Tasks

  • Design, model, and govern sales compensation plans
  • Lead pipeline management and forecast cadence
  • Deliver risk/upside reporting to leadership
  • Align demand generation with territory capacity
  • Serve as analytical authority for commercial organization
  • Own KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting
  • Design sales productivity programs
  • Improve rep ramp time and commercial effectiveness
  • Drive CRM data quality
  • Manage opportunity management discipline
  • Lead and develop senior managers
  • Align sales operations strategy with divisional objectives
