Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
  • Proven track record in B2B strategic sales (ideally clean energy, battery electrification or power electronics sectors)
  • Strong understanding of EV charging & BESS or related industry sectors (plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills in English (essential); additional languages (desirable)
  • Budget management and consolidated forecast preparation ability
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, or academic degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration with strong technical focus
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region

Tasks

  • Lead regional sales managers to drive revenue growth.
  • Align regional strategies with organizational goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis.
  • Utilize data to uncover growth areas and advantages.
  • Plan and execute regional business strategies.
  • Develop market penetration and acquisition plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Expand the regional client network.
  • Manage lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Generate new opportunities, including OEM and partner leads.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems.
  • Promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing on value propositions.
  • Communicate business case models to clients and partners.
  • Develop short-term forecasts.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections.
  • Forecast revenue, pipeline health, and lead flow.
  • Analyze data, market signals, and sales activity.
  • Bridge communication between regional teams and leadership.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability.
