- •Define and execute the product operations strategy
- •Set up the operational engine within the product development cycle

- •Support product discovery and delivery with necessary skill sets
- •Drive change processes in product engineering departments
- •Represent product operations in leadership and stakeholder forums
- •Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- •Build deep knowledge of the EGYM product ecosystem
- •Earn trust and appreciation from team and cross-functional partners
- •Contribute to major product operations initiatives
