Tasks

  • •Lead and develop the Product Development department
  • •Staff and promote employees within the department
  • •Set targets for personnel, budget, and investment planning
  • •Monitor and control measures for target deviations
  • •Introduce, track, and evaluate department-relevant measures
  • •Identify and implement necessary structural changes
  • •Develop and implement strategies for complex system architectures
  • •Maintain customer-centric web technologies
  • •Evaluate and design sophisticated solution architectures
  • •Ensure availability and security in collaboration with other departments
  • •Implement and operate applications to defined SLAs at efficient costs
  • •Advise on architecture and design of the system network
  • •Ensure logical integrity and scalability of systems and teams
  • •Facilitate effective collaboration along the value chain
  • •Ensure uniform product delivery with the Framework Development department
  • •Utilize agile methods like SCRUM and Kanban for IT
  • •Adopt future-proof cloud technology and phase out legacy software
  • •Maintain scalability of the department
  • •Lead a matrix organization across multiple locations and countries
  • •Integrate vertical products into framework products sustainably
