  • Run funnel architectures, forecasting cadences, performance frameworks, quota models

  • Balancing sales velocity and deal quality

  • Hands-on builder mentality
  • Working understanding of German (welcome)

Tasks

  • Lead Inbound Sales department
  • Manage 25 Sales Managers across multiple markets
  • Own commercial forecast and pipeline health
  • Translate numbers into executive decisions
  • Sponsor strategically critical deals
  • Engage personally to accelerate outcomes
  • Design and improve funnel structure
  • Implement scalable sales standards
  • Coach and develop Sales Managers
  • Conduct structured 1:1s and calibration
  • Develop clear career frameworks
  • Partner with CEO on commercial strategy
  • Collaborate on org design and headcount planning
