- Set ambitious, measurable OKRs
- Build data-driven tools and dashboards
- Track progress and surface risks
- Allocate resources for AI product development
- Balance core platform reliability
- Manage R&D budget with Finance and CPTO
- Lead day-to-day R&D Operations
- Manage R&D team
- Implement process improvements
- Make tooling decisions
- Partner with senior stakeholders
- Adjust priorities and resources
- Contribute to major decisions
- Escalate strategic pivots
- Lead R&D Operations team
- Hire, coach, and manage performance
- Provide operational leadership
- Ensure cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with CPTO, VPs, Finance, and People & Culture
