- Incorporate benchmarking and KPI measurement
- Optimize and develop systems for efficiency
- Train users and challenge processes
- Correct errors at source
- Lead planning and forecasting
- Support the General Manager in strategic planning
- Manage budget formulation, review, and approval
- Lead and inspire the finance team
- Plan for succession
- Develop the finance function through training
