- Leading distributed teams in remote-first environment

- Experience in scaling companies and organizational growth pains
- Developer tools, automation tools, or adjacent category experience
- Excitement for technical products, builder communities, and extensible software
- TypeScript/Node.js familiarity and ability to build context in stack
- Strong product sense and ability to partner with Product and Design
Tasks
- Lead and scale Core Experience engineering organization
- Support multiple engineering leaders and teams
- Design organization for scalable growth
- Foster high-performance, high-ownership culture
- Drive technical strategy and product execution
- Set technical direction and architectural decisions
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership
- Ensure balanced delivery of outcomes
- Shape AI-native product development
- Support AI-powered product experiences
- Guide teams on AI opportunities and pitfalls
- Enable customers to build AI workflows and agents
- Create clarity and alignment in engineering
- Coach leaders and teams for strong execution
- Promote healthy collaboration and high standards
- Represent Core Experience in engineering leadership
