- Establish scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows
- Set KPIs, dashboards, and measurement models
- Monitor ROI, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness
- Embed test-and-learn approach for performance optimization
- Shape unified digital customer journey
- Align strategy, messaging, and lead generation
- Support local teams with global tools and frameworks
- Drive marketing technology ecosystem evolution
- Collaborate with IT, CRM, and Compliance teams
- Advise and partner with senior stakeholders
- Translate business strategy into data-driven digital initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration
- Lead high-performing teams
- Deliver scalable digital solutions
